Principle
The 4-sided Wet Film Applicator uses its 4-sided design to scrape coatings on different specimen surfaces to form a wet-film of predetermined Film thickness. Using the precise dimensions of the alloy steel scraper, the Spreader width and Film thickness are controlled to ensure uniform coating distribution. During operation, the user places the Coating on the specimen and scrapes it with the coating applicator to obtain a consistent and repeability coating for subsequent mass testing.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and the Coating to be tested.
2. Coating Spreader evenly on the surface of the sample.
