Overview
The TRUIT TR 3004/160/2 4-sided Applicator is a device for manual film proofing for experiments such as Coatings, inks, paints, etc., and can also be used on automatic film machines. It has four film Film thicknesses (10, 20, 30, 40 μm), an effective Spreader width of 160mm, and is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. It can precisely control wet-film or dry-film thickness to ensure coating conformity and Repeatability. It is suitable for quality control and R & D testing.
Features
With four film film thicknesses (10, 20, 30, 40 μm), a variety of options are available.
2. Spreader width is 160mm and total length is 190mm, suitable for standard experimental requirements.
3. Made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, it has strong durability.
4. Can be used for manual or automatic Film Applicators, flexible operation.
5. Precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness to ensure experimental conformity and Repeatability.
Principle
The 4-sided Film Applicator uses its four film slots of different Film thicknesses to manually or automatically Spreader Coatings, inks or paints on the substrate to form a uniform wet-film. The film applicator controls the film film thickness with its precisely designed gaps, ensuring conformity of each Spreader, resulting in reliable results in experiments.
Applications
Coatings, inks, paints experimental film proofing, quality control, research and development
Steps
Select the desired film Film thickness (10, 20, 30 or 40 μm).
2. Spreader by placing the Applicator on the substrate, either manually or using an automatic Film Applicator.
3. Pull the Applicator evenly to ensure that the coating covers the entire width of the Spreader.
4. After completing the Spreader, remove the Applicator and check the wet film thickness.
Notice
• Applicator and substrate clean before use to avoid contamination affecting results.
• Spreaders maintain uniform strength to prevent uneven Film thickness.
• Regularly check Applicator abrasion and maintain accuracy.
• Only for experimental use, avoid using non-specified materials.
