The TRUIT 4-sided Applicator TR 3004/160/9 is a device for experimental manual film proofing such as Coatings, inks, paints, etc. It can also be used with the automatic Film Applicator. The product has four film film thicknesses (100, 200, 300, 400 μm), Spreader width 160mm, and is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. It can precisely control the wet-film or dry-film thickness to ensure the conformity and Repeatability of coatings.

Principle
The 4-sided Applicator evenly scrapes the surface of the substrate with coatings, inks or paints through preset different film thickness notches to form a wet-film of a specific film thickness. Push the Applicator through the manual or automatic Film Applicator to ensure precise control of the Coating thickness and provide standard samples for subsequent mass testing.

Steps
1. Select the slot of the desired film Film thickness
2. Applicator placed on the substrate surface
3. Push the Applicator evenly manually or through the Automatic Film Applicator
4. After finishing the film, remove the Applicator
