Principle

The wet-film thickness gauge is a flat plate made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material with a series of teeth arranged at its edge. The reference teeth at the corners of the plate form a Baseline, and the inner teeth arranged along the Baseline form a progressive series of gaps between the reference teeth. When using, place the measurement head lightly on the wet Coating surface to ensure that the Coating is in full contact with the scale line side of the measurement head, and then read the position of the scale line on the dial in contact with the Coating to obtain the film thickness value of the wet Coating.
