Ruifeng RFND-50A online Viscometer is an online micro-vibration Viscometer, which belongs to a small range viscosity measurement equipment with a range of 0~ 50~ 100mpa.s. Mainly used in solvents, light oils, alcohols, cleaning fluids, low viscosity silicone oils, oils, emulsion fracturing fluids, low viscosity polymers, starch adhesives, milk beverages and other fields.

Principle
The RFND-50A in-line micro-vibration Viscometer uses the micro-vibration principle for viscosity measurement. The Sensor generates micro-vibrations in the medium, detects changes in vibration parameters to accurately measure fluid viscosity, and integrates temperature measurement.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation method (flange, thread or quick chuck) according to the process requirements.
2. Connect power supply: 24V DC power anode connected to red terminal, cathode connected to green terminal
3. Connect temperature signal: temperature 4-20mA anode connected to white terminal, cathode connected to black terminal
4. Connect viscosity signal: viscosity 4-20mA anode to brown terminal, cathode to gray terminal
5. Connect communication: 485 communication interface anode to yellow terminal, cathode to blue terminal
6. Calibration after power on using standard sample solution
Notice
• Sensor working pressure must not exceed 25Mpa
• Sensor Operating temperature must not exceed 500 ℃
• Pay attention to choosing the appropriate installation location and connection method when installing
• The power supply must be 24V DC, pay attention to the correct connection of the cathode
• When connecting the signal cable, pay attention to the corresponding Color and function identification
• When used in explosion-proof environment, it must meet the requirements of ExdIIBT6Gb explosion-proof standard
• Periodic calibration with standard sample solution to ensure Measurement accuracy
