Overview
BLD-602-1200 carton compression machine is a factory direct sales static pressure test equipment, the test space is 1200 * 1200 * 1200mm, using LCD display mode, the accuracy can reach +/- 0.5%, support KG, N, LB unit switching, suitable for carton compression performance test.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, with three standard working modes
2. Strength test can measure the maximum pressure resistance and displacement of the box
3. The fixed value test can detect the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure and displacement
4. Stacking test supports 12-hour, 24-hour and other different conditions testing
5. The printing function supports serial number, peak, and average recording
6. The test space can be customized according to user requirements
Principle
The device is controlled by a microcomputer system, applying pressure to the carton according to the set compression speed standard 10mm/min +/- 3, measuring its compressive performance under static pressure, and collecting pressure and displacement data through High Accuracy Sensor to achieve accurate testing of carton strength.
Standards
GB/T 4857.4-92 Encasement Transport Encasement Parts, Pressure Test Method, GB/T 4857.3-92 Encasement Transport Encasement Parts, Static Load Stacking Test Method
Steps
1. Connect the 3, AC 220V power supply
2. Select the test mode (strength test/fixed value test/stacking test)
3. Set the corresponding parameters (pressure, displacement or stacking time)
4. Place the carton in the test space
5. Start the test program
6. Read and record test data
7. Use the print function to output test results
Notice
• The weight of the equipment reaches 480KG, and it is necessary to ensure that the installation foundation is stable
• Check whether the power supply meets the requirements of 3, AC 220V before use
• The size of the test space is 1200 * 1200 * 1200mm, please do not exceed the size test
Periodically calibrate equipment to ensure +/- 0.5% test accuracy
Stacking test to ensure that environmental conditions meet the requirements of national standards
