Overview
Side pressing/Ring compression testing machine BLD-609A is a factory direct sales product. It conducts a variety of paper quality tests for Encasement materials such as Corrugated Board cartons, including 5 tests such as ring pressing (RCT), flat pressing (FCT), side pressing (ECT), gluing (PAT) and general compression (CMT), combining multiple functions. The equipment can test the ring compression strength of base paper, Cardboard flat/side pressing strength, and bonding strength, helping paper companies control costs and improve mass.

Principle
This machine is equipped with various fixture accessories to apply pressure to Encasement materials such as Corrugated Board cartons to test their tolerance under stacked weight loads to evaluate Cardboard performance. The testing process includes automatically judging the crushing force and saving the data to ensure accurate measurement of ring pressure, flat pressure, side pressure, gluing and general compressive strength.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and install fixture attachments
2. Set test parameters such as speed, unit, force and time through the full Chinese LCD display operation interface
3. Start the test and the machine automatically applies pressure
4. Automatically judge the crushing force and save the data after the test is completed, and automatically return and stop
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1, AC220V, 1.5A to avoid voltage mismatch
• Check the platen spacing and geometric errors before testing to ensure that the flatness is < 0.05mm and the parallelism error is less than 1/2000 × B
• Follow safety regulations during operation to prevent overloading and use the capacity range of 0~ 30000N
• Maintain the equipment regularly, keep the pressure plate and fixture clean, and avoid affecting the test accuracy
