Overview
The OSP-42 L720φ 10 coating rod is a stainless steel film applicator made of cold extrusion technology. Linear dispersion is processed on the surface of the steel rod through a precision mold, replacing the traditional wire-wrapped bar. The product has a wet film thickness of 42μm, a diameter of 10mm for the main rod, an effective application width of 620mm, and a total length of 720mm. The material is 304 stainless steel, and each end has a clamping length of 50mm.

Principle
The OSP coating rod utilizes the principle of metal plastic deformation to roll various mountain-shaped concave-convex Linear dispersions on the surface of the steel rod through a precision mold. These Linear dispersions play the same Spreader effect as traditional wire-wound bars, and precisely control the wet film thickness by controlling the shape, spacing and height of the mountain. The special mountain design also prevents bubble mixing and reduces substrate loss.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate OSP model according to the desired wet film thickness
2. Install the coating rod on the Spreader device to ensure that both ends are firmly clamped
3. Spreader liquid evenly applied to the surface of the substrate
4. Spreader operation at appropriate speed and pressure
5. Clean the surface of the coating rod in time after use
