Ruifeng RFND-50B online micro-vibration Viscometer is a medium-range online Viscometer with a range of 0-100~ 5000mpa.s, suitable for fluid measurement in a wide range of viscosity. The product uses micro-vibration technology to simultaneously measure viscosity and temperature, and provides a variety of output signals and connection methods.

Principle
The RFND-50B in-line micro-vibration Viscometer works based on the principle of micro-vibration. The Sensor generates micro-amplitude vibration in the fluid, and calculates the fluid viscosity by measuring the vibration damping. At the same time, the integrated temperature sensor can synchronously measure the fluid temperature, and output viscosity and temperature values through 4-20mA signal.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation location and connection method (flange, thread or quick chuck)
2. Connection according to terminal instructions: 24V DC power supply (red +, green -), temperature 4-20mA (white +, black -), viscosity 4-20mA (brown +, gray -), 485 communication (yellow +, blue -)
3. Power on the starting device
4. View measurement data through the display header
5. For communication, configure Modbus-RTU protocol parameters
