Principle
The RFND-50G in-line Viscometer works based on the principle of micro-vibration. The Sensor generates small vibrations in the medium and measures the viscosity of the medium by detecting changes in the frequency or amplitude of the vibration. The vibrating element is in direct contact with the medium, and changes in viscosity will cause changes in vibration characteristics. The instrument converts these changes into standard electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation method (flange, thread or quick chuck) according to the process requirements.
2. Connection power: 24V DC anode connected to red port, cathode connected to green port
3. Connect viscosity output signal: brown wire is connected to viscosity 4-20mA +, gray wire is connected to viscosity 4-20mA-
4. Connection temperature output signal: white wire connection temperature 4-20mA +, black wire connection temperature 4-20mA-
5. If you need to communicate, connect to the 485 interface: the yellow cable is connected to 485 +, and the blue cable is connected to 485-.
6. Parameter setting and calibration after power on

• Sensor working pressure must not exceed 25Mpa
• Medium temperature must not exceed 500 ° C
• Pay attention to the correct connection of the terminal blocks during installation

• Regularly calibrate with standard sample solution
