DGC DHT-300D/C/DL Portable Leeb hardness tester is a handheld pen type small volume Leeb hardness tester, simple structure, with a small LCD screen, can display measurement data in real time, easy to carry, charging through USB or charger interface, simple and convenient to use, suitable for a wide range of occasions. The hardness gauge is equipped with D-type, C-type and DL-type impact devices, which comply with the national standard GB/T 17394-1998 and can freely convert a variety of Hardness standards.

Principle
This product is a Leeb hardness tester, and its Working Principle is based on the Leeb hardness testing method. The Impact body is impacted on the surface of the sample at a certain speed through the Impact device (Sensor), and the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed at 1mm from the surface of the sample is measured. The ratio is related to the Hardness of the material. After internal calculation, it is converted into a variety of commonly used Hardness standard values and displayed.

Steps
1. Connection transmission: Use the transmission cable to connect the hardness gauge host and PC.
2. Start the software: Run the corresponding software on the PC and wait to receive data.
3. Select and send data: Select the desired printing method in the hardness gauge menu function, and the data transfer can be completed after confirmation.

* Please ensure that it is used within the allowable Operating temperature range (-20~ 40 ℃).
* The device will automatically shut down after 2 minutes of inoperation to save power.
