Principle
The Working Principle of the Halogen moisture meter is based on heating the sample and measuring the weight loss of moisture in the sample. It uses a halogen lamp as a heating source to transfer thermal energy to the sample. As the sample heats, the water in it gradually evaporates. The instrument determines the moisture content by continuously monitoring the weight change of the sample. Generally speaking, the higher the moisture content, the greater the weight loss of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn it on and warm up (you can use the one-click warm-up function).
2. Depending on the sample type, select or customize the heating mode (standard/automatic/soft/custom) on the Touchscreen.
3. Set the measurement end mode (automatic/manual/timing/step/target).
4. Place the sample on the pan.
5. The instrument automatically heats and monitors weight changes until the end of the measurement.
6. View and save the test results, and optionally print the label.
Notice
• Instrument Operating Environment Temperature is 5-35 ℃.
The minimum sample size is 0.0004g, please ensure that the sample size is sufficient.
• Heating temperature range is RT + 40~ 200 ℃, please set reasonably according to sample characteristics.
• The instrument has operation permission settings, please use it according to the specifications.
Periodically calibrated internally to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Optional Bluetooth, WIFI and USB functions need to be configured.
• Do not block the ventilating port when the instrument is working to ensure that the silent fan works normally.
