PUSHEN SZQ-75um Single Sided Film Applicator is made of stainless steel and can resist the erosion of acidic and alkaline substances in Coatings or cleaning agents. This product is mainly used for wet-film of specific thickness of Spreader for laboratory applications such as measuring the color of samples, hiding power or preparatory samples.

Principle
The Film Applicator creates a uniform and accurate wet-film coating by scraping coatings on a substrate. During the Spreader process, the Applicator's precision clearance ensures the conformity of the Coating thickness, providing a reliable and comparable sample for subsequent tests such as Color, hiding power, and Gloss.

Steps
1. Preparation of Coating Samples and Substrates to be Tested
2. Placing Film Applicators on Substrates
3. Coating in front of the Applicator
4. Push Applicator to Spreader at Uniform Speed
5. Remove the Applicator to obtain a wet-film with uniform thickness
6. Conducting follow-up tests or sample prepatives
