Overview
Webster Hardness Tester (Model W-20) is a portable hardness testing instrument designed for rapid detection of aluminum alloy Hardness and inspection of aluminum alloy profiles mechanical properties. The instrument is easy to operate, can directly read the Hardness value with one card, high efficiency and Reliability, suitable for film thickness 0.4-6 mm, inner diameter > 10mm workpiece, Hardness range 25~ 110HRE.

Principle
The Webster Hardness Tester is mechanically designed to apply pressure to the workpiece through a compression spring device to measure Crane Hardness. It is directly stuck on the workpiece during operation, and the Hardness value is read directly from the meter head for fast non-Destructiveness detection.
Applications
Hardness testing of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum parts and Miscellaneous softer metals is especially suitable for rapid qualification inspection of batches of Aluminum profiles and doors, windows and curtain walls at production sites, sales sites or construction sites.

Steps
1. Card the hardness gauge on the workpiece to be tested; 2. Read the Hardness value displayed by the watch head directly; 3. If you need to convert the Miscellaneous Hardness value, refer to the conversion table.
