Overview
XJUD-5.5 digital display cantilever beam Impact Tester meets the requirements of national and international standards. It is suitable for impact toughness testing of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, fiber reinforced composites, nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, asbestos board, electrical insulation materials, etc., including machined samples and injection molded samples. It is also suitable for chipped and unchipped samples. It is a suitable testing equipment for the chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, and mass testing departments. The instrument is intelligently controlled and stored by an embedded system, and the test process and results are set and displayed by an LCD display and a matrix keyboard, thus replacing the original dial pointer display method.
Features
1. Using single chip control, LCD Chinese display, flexible and convenient operation, high control accuracy.
2. Automatically correct the energy loss caused by friction and wind resistance, without the need for manual calculation.
3. Direct display of the corrected sample absorption energy, improve the Precision and efficiency of the test.
4. By setting the sample size, the impact strength of the sample is automatically calculated after each impact test is completed.
5. After each group of tests is completed, the average impact energy and average impact strength of the group of samples are automatically calculated and displayed.
6. After each group of tests is completed, the test results can be saved with one click for future reference.
7. With the model of the configured printer, the test results can be printed out for easy archiving.
Principle
The XJUD-5.5 digital display cantilever beam Impact Tester is improved on the basis of the pointer dial type simply supported beam Impact Tester. It collects the pendulum swing angle and speed information by the High Accuracy swirl/spin encoder, and calculates the impact strength of the sample through the pendulum energy.
Applications
Chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, mass testing departments
Standards
GB/T 1843-2008 Plastics, Cantilever Beams Determination of Impact Strength, JBT 8761-1998 Plastic Cantilever Beams Impact Tester, GB/T 21189-2007 Plastic Simply Supported Beams, Cantilever Beams and Pendulum Impact Tester for tensile impact testing inspection
Steps
1. Set the sample size.
2. Conduct impact tests.
3. Impact strength of the specimen is automatically calculated.
4. Automatically calculate and display the average impact energy and average impact intensity of the group of samples.
5. Save the test results with one click.
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is inspected in strict accordance with the standard.
• Before use, confirm that the parameters such as pendulum energy and impact speed meet the test requirements.
• Pay attention to the type of specimen (with or without notches) and the processing method (machining or injection molding).
• Regularly check whether the radius of the rounded edge and the distance from the Impact blade to the top of the jaw meet the specifications.
