Overview
HS-A + SAC-J is the HBO brand of digital Shore A rubber hardness gauge. Based on the principle of Shore hardness testing, Hardness is determined by applying a load on the surface of the material and measuring the diameter of the Crowd. It is suitable for Hardness measurement of plastics (such as films, appliances, etc.), synthetic rubber (such as seals, tires, rollers, hoses/tapes, Wire and cable, shock absorbers, etc.) and other related chemical products. The SAC-J digital hardness gauge bracket can hold the HS-A hardness gauge, and is equipped with a fixed load weight and an adjustable Glass table for easy and accurate measurement of Hardness value.
Features
1. With peak latch function, the peak lock time can be set, which is convenient for reading
2. Average calculation function, the number of measurements can be set
3. Maximum peak and real-time value modes can be quickly switched
4. Peak reading seconds can be set to meet the verification standards of various materials
5. Low voltage alarm indication function
6. Automatic shutdown and manual shutdown functions
7. Computer communication function, using RS232 data cable output (optional accessories)
8. SAC-J test frame is equipped with pressing handle, fixed load weight, adjustable Glass table, hardness gauge clamping arm and lifting column, which can facilitate accurate measurement of Hardness value
Principle
The Shore Shore Durometer uses a drill or spherical head to press into the surface of the material under a certain load, and then measures the diameter of the Crowd. According to the relationship between the Crowd diameter and the load, the Hardness value of the material is determined by looking up a table or calculating. The Shore Shore Durometer usually has different Hardness scales, such as Type A, which are suitable for different types of materials and Hardness ranges.
Applications
Plastics (such as films, appliances, etc.), synthetic rubber (such as seals, tires, rollers, hoses/belts, Wires and cables, shock absorbers, etc.), other related chemical products
Steps
1. Clamp the HS-A hardness gauge on the cross arm of the SAC-J test stand
2. Adjust the lifting column and adjustable Glass table to adapt to the tested material
3. Set peak latch time, number of measurements or peak read seconds
4. Use the push handle to apply the load for measurement
5. Read the displayed Hardness value, you can choose peak or real-time value mode
6. Connect the computer for data communication as needed (use the optional RS232 data cable)
Notice
- Ensure that the environment temperature is used within the range of 0-40 ° C
- Pay attention to the power supply status to avoid undervoltage affecting Measurement accuracy
- Shut down in time after use to save battery
- The maximum space of the test bracket should not exceed 40mm to avoid over-limit use
- Regularly check load weight and Glass bench for cleanliness and integrity
