Overview
HRP-K 2000-2 gas alarm controller is a HUIRUIPU brand two-channel split-line device for detecting the content of flammability gas or toxic gas in the air, supporting two 4-20mA signal inputs, and centralized control of multiple points. The system uses a microprocessor as the Control Unit. When the flammability gas concentration in the environment reaches or exceeds the preset value, the controller immediately emits sound and light alarms, and can drive the exhaust or Miscellaneous peripherals through relays to prevent explosions and fire accidents, thus ensuring life safety.

Principle
The system uses a microprocessor as a Control Unit to receive 4-20mA signal input from the detector to monitor the concentration of flammability or toxic gases in the environment in real time. When the gas concentration is detected to reach or exceed the user-preset alarm value, the controller immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm, and drives external devices such as exhaust systems through passive relay output to reduce risk.

Steps
1. Use the [Settings] key to enter the menu or determine the function;
2. Use the [Up] key to go up or increase the value;
3. Use the [Down] key to go down or decrease the value;
4. Use the [Exit] key to return or exit, and use it as the [Muffler] function when static;
5. Observe the indicator light: [1] indicates the first channel, [2] indicates the second channel, the green light is a normal state, and the red light is an alarm state.

• Operating voltage is AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ to ensure stable power supply;
• Working environment temperature is -10~ 50 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH, to avoid extreme conditions;
• Maximum power consumption 10W (no external devices), pay attention to power limitations;
• Wiring requires ≥ RVVP2 * 1.5 national standard Shielding wire, single core wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, wire length ≤ 1000m;
• The backup power supply is an optional 24V 0.8AH lead-acid battery, which can be configured according to needs;
• The data upload function is optional Modbus-RTU protocol, which can be used optionally;
• The installation method is wall-mounted fixed to ensure firmness;
• Regularly check the status of the indicator light and deal with the alarm in a timely manner.
