Overview
HRP-K 2000-1 gas alarm controller is HUIRUIPU brand two-channel split-line gas detection alarm controller, used to detect the content of flammability gas or toxic gas in the air, support two 4-20mA signal input, while multi-point centralized control. When the flammability gas concentration in the environment reaches or exceeds the preset value, the controller immediately emits sound and light alarm, and can drive the exhaust or Miscellaneous peripherals through the relay to prevent explosions and fire accidents, thus protecting lives.

Principle
This system uses a microprocessor as the Control Unit, by detecting the concentration of flammability gas or toxic gas in the environment, when the concentration reaches or exceeds the alarm value preset by the user, the controller immediately triggers the sound and light alarm, and drives the exhaust through the passive relay output or Miscellaneous peripheral operation to achieve safety monitoring and protection.

Steps
1. Use the [Settings] key to enter the menu or confirm the function; 2. Use the [Up] key to increase or increase the operation; 3. Use the [Down] key to decrease or decrease the operation; 4. Use the [Exit] key to return or exit, which can also be used as the [Muffler] function when static; 5. Observe the status of the indicator light: the green light indicates normal, and the red light indicates an alarm.

- Working voltage is AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ to ensure stable power supply; - Working ambient temperature range is -10~ 50 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH; - 3 wires need to be connected when wiring, it is recommended to use ≥ RVVP2 * 1.5 national standard Shielding wire, single-core wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm, line length ≤ 1000m; - The maximum power consumption of the system is 10W (no external equipment); - The backup power supply is 24V 0.8AH lead-acid battery (optional), which needs to be configured according to requirements; - The detector connection adopts 4-20mA signal to ensure reliable connection; - The alarm point can be freely set, and the user should adjust it according to actual needs; - The installation method is fixed installation on site and wall hanging to ensure firm installation.
