Overview
DUBAN DB25-204FM-50N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument, which is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, insertion force test, Destructiveness test, etc.

Principle
The Digital Display Force Gauge converts physical signals into electrical signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or pull, and displays peak or instantaneous values on a four-digit large LCD screen after processing. It supports forward and reverse dual displays, with High Accuracy and a variety of unit conversion functions.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a thrust or pull test and observe the display readings.
4. When using the peak hold function, manually clear to update the data.
5. After the test is completed, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
• The allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s. There will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃.
• The relative humidity should be less than 80%.
• The working environment requires no seismic source and corrosive medium around.
