Overview
DUBAN DB25-204FM-100N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy Thrust and Tension Test Instrument with digital display design for accurate measurement of peak and instantaneous values.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units are available and converted to each other.
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically or manually for 10 minutes without operation.
5. Can use alkaline battery power supply or 5V DC power supply.
Principle
The Force Gauge detects thrust or tensile loads through a Sensor, converts mechanical signals into electrical signals, and displays measurement results in digital form after processing. It supports peak holding and various unit conversions.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a thrust or tension test, and the instrument automatically displays the instantaneous value or peak value.
4. When using the peak hold function, manually clear to reset.
5. After the test is completed, you can manually shut down or wait for the automatic shutdown.
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• Operating temperature 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 80%.
• The allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s. There will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the instrument.
