Overview
DUBAN DB25-207FM-100N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy Thrust and Tensile Testing Instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries for push-pull load, insertion force testing and Destructiveness testing.

Principle
The Force Gauge detects thrust or pull through the Sensor, converts physical signals into digital signals, and displays measurements on a large four-digit LCD display. It supports peak and instantaneous value measurement, and has data storage and output functions for subsequent analysis.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g)
3. Perform a thrust or pull test and the display will display an instantaneous value or peak
4. Manual clearing using peak hold function
5. Data can be stored or output to the computer via USB/Bluetooth
6. After the test is completed, you can manually shut down or wait for automatic shutdown.
Notice
• The allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
• Operating temperature range 0~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity should be less than 80%
• Ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment
• Avoid overloading to protect instrument accuracy
