Overview
DUBAN DB22-TM240A Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge uses high-performance, low-power microprocessing technology. Based on the ultrasonic Measurement principle, it can measure the film thickness of metals and Miscellaneous materials, and can measure the sound speed of materials. The instrument can perform film thickness measurement on various pipes and Pressure Vessels in production equipment, monitor their thinning degree after corrosion during use, and can also make accurate measurement of various plates and various processed parts.

Principle
Based on Ultrasonic Measurement principle, Ultrasonic Sensor is used to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals for measurement of Film thickness and sound velocity.

2. Set the material code or sound velocity value
3. Coupling the Sensor to the Surface of the Material under Test
