DUBAN DB22-SRT232 surface roughness instrument is a mechatronics design of portable measurement equipment, can be widely used in the production site measurement of a variety of machined parts surface roughness, according to the selected conditions to calculate parameters and clearly displayed on the LCD screen.

Principle
The device touches the measured surface through the High Accuracy Inductive Sensor, collects the surface profile data according to the selected sampling length and filtering method, and automatically calculates and displays the asperity parameter value.

Steps
1. Select measurement parameters and conditions
2. Contact the Sensor with the Tested Surface
3. Start measurement, the device automatically collects data

The working environment humidity should be less than 80% RH
