Overview
The DUBAN DB22-SRT234 surface roughness meter is a mechatronic design of portable measurement equipment, can be widely used in production sites, measurement of surface roughness of various machined parts, calculation of parameters according to selected conditions and clearly displayed on the LCD display.

Principle
The instrument touches the measured surface with a High Accuracy Inductive Sensor, drives the measurement according to the selected sampling length and filtering method, automatically calculates the surface roughness parameters and displays the results on the display.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and select the measurement conditions.
2. Contact the Sensor with the measured surface.
3. The instrument automatically drives the measurement and calculates the parameters.
4. Read the measurement results on the LCD display.
5. Optional USB or Bluetooth output data to PC.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃.
• Ensure Sensor Force Measurement is 4mN and Angle is 90 °.
• Choose the appropriate drive speed based on the sampling length.
• Charge immediately after use to maintain Battery capacity.
• Optional accessories need to be installed correctly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
