Overview
The DUBAN DB22-FPM12K Stroboscope is a precision instrument for non-contact measurement of rotational speed and frequency of motion of objects. Measurement range and high resolution using digital display technology are suitable for applications such as vibration analysis, high speed motion and high speed photography.
Features
1. Digital display, regardless of difference, Measurement range wide, high resolution.
2. Automatic stop flashing function saves electricity and prolongs the service life of the strobe lamp.
3. Internal trigger/external trigger fast conversion, support double frequency and half frequency fast frequency modulation.
4. When the external trigger mode is used, the photoelectric signal is used to achieve automatic pattern tracking.
5. Using microcomputer technology, flash technology and anti-interference technology, the speed can be accurately measured without contact.
Principle
The stroboscopic device generates an adjustable frequency flash, synchronizes with the motion of the measured object, and uses the visual persistence effect to make the moving object appear static or slow motion. In the internal trigger mode, the frequency is automatically set, and in the external trigger mode, the object pattern is automatically tracked through the photoelectric signal, so as to measure the speed and frequency non-contact.
Applications
Motor speed detection, motion frequency measurement, vibration analysis, high-speed moving object motion analysis, high-speed photography
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Select the internal or external trigger mode.
3. Adjust the frequency as needed, you can use the fast FM function (× 2 or ÷ 2).
4. Align the measured object for measurement and observe the digital display results.
5. Turn off the power after use, or enable automatic shutdown to save energy.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V or AC110V +/- 10% requirements.
• Avoid frequent switching to extend lamp life.
• When using the external trigger, the photoelectric signal device needs to be connected correctly.
• Keep the device stable during measurement to avoid external interference.
• Regularly check equipment status to ensure Measurement accuracy.
