Overview
The DUBAN DB22-FPM42K Stroboscope is a precision instrument for the non-contact measurement of rotational speed and motion frequency of objects. The device uses microcomputer technology, flash technology and anti-interference technology to accurately measure the rotational speed of objects such as motors, and can be used for applications such as vibration analysis, motion of high-speed moving objects, and high-speed photography.
Features
1. Digital display, regardless of difference; Measurement range, high resolution
2. Automatic stop flashing function saves electricity and improves the service life of the strobe light
3. Internal trigger/external trigger selection fast conversion; double frequency, half frequency fast frequency modulation function
4. When the external trigger mode is used (using photoelectric signals), the automatic tracking function of the pattern can be realized
5. Using a number of reliable technologies such as microcomputer technology, flash technology and anti-interference technology, the speed value can be accurately measured without contact
Principle
When the flash frequency is synchronized with the motion frequency of the measured object, the object appears to be in a static state. Using internal or external triggering methods, the pattern is automatically tracked through photoelectric signals, so as to accurately measure the speed and motion frequency.
Applications
Motor speed measurement, motion frequency detection, object vibration analysis, high-speed moving object action observation, high-speed photography
Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply
2. Select the internal trigger or external trigger working mode
3. Set measurement parameters or use fast FM function (× 2, ÷ 2)
4. Align the measured object for measurement
5. Read the measurement results on the LCD screen
6. Turn off or enable the automatic stop flash function in time after use
