Overview
HUITAI GDT-100B high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -40~ 150 ℃ and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control. It adopts 7-inch TFT color LCD display, supports setting mode and program mode operation, and has advanced BTC equilibrate temperature control mode + DCC intelligent cooling capacity control + DEC intelligent electrical control technology.

Principle
The equipment adopts a mechanical single-stage compression refrigeration system, and realizes accurate temperature and humidity regulation through BTC equilibrate temperature control mode combined with DCC intelligent cooling capacity control and DEC intelligent electrical control. The temperature sensing adopts A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and the humidity control adopts dry wet-bulb thermometer method. The refrigeration system adopts high-efficiency slope evaporator and SWEP plate cold coal cold and heat exchange design to ensure the Stability and accuracy of temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check the device status
2. Set test parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device for testing
5. Monitor the testing process through the host computer software
6. Export the data after the test is completed

• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Ensure the normal operation of the water supply system and avoid dry burning of the humidifier pipe
• Regularly check the refrigeration system pressure and protection devices
• Do not open the observation window at will during the operation of the equipment
