Overview
The LANDTEK HT6510B Shore Shore Durometer is a portable hardness testing instrument for Hardness measurement of various materials such as rubber, plastic, fiber, etc. The product is available in a variety of stylus models, covering different Hardness ranges from soft plastics to hard sponges, and supports data output functions.
Features
1. Compliant with GB/T 531-1999, GB/T 2411-80, DIN 53505, ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTMD 2240, JISK7215 standards
2. Equipped with average calculation function
3. Provide ** value latch function
4. With under-voltage alarm indication function
5. Support USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC
6. Optional Bluetooth Bluetooth data output
Principle
This hardness gauge is based on the principle of Shore hardness testing. It is pressed into the surface of the material under the action of standard spring force through a specific shape of the crimper, and is converted into the corresponding Hardness value according to the depth of pressing. The instrument has a built-in Sensor and microprocessor, which automatically completes measurement and data processing.
Applications
Soft Plastics, Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, Felt, Leather, Printing Rollers, Medium Hard Rubber Materials, Typewriter Rollers, Plastics, Hard Rubber, Hard Plastic Materials, Organic Glass, Thermoplastics, Bakelite, Vinyl Sheet, Cellulose Acetate, Resilience Materials, Spinning & Weaving Fabrics, Cotton, Acrylic, Rayon, Belon, Sponge, Foam Rubber, Silicone, Gel Materials, Hard Sponge, EVA, Thermoplasticity Plastics, Thermoplasticity Resilience, Paper Products, Fiber Materials
Standards
GB/T 531-1999、GB/T 2411-80、DIN 53505、ISO 868、ISO 7619、ASTMD 2240、JISK7215
Steps
1. Select the appropriate stylus model according to the material being tested
2. Turn on the power switch
3. Press the hardness gauge vertically to the surface of the material to be tested
4. Read the displayed Hardness value
5. The ** value can be recorded using the latch function
6. Connect to PC to transmit data through data cable or Bluetooth
7. Turn off the power after use
Notice
• Choose the appropriate stylus model according to the hardness of materials before measurement
• Ensure that the hardness gauge is in vertical contact with the tested surface
• Avoid use under conditions beyond the working environment temperature of 0~ 50 ° C or humidity ≥ 80% RH
• Pay attention to the low voltage prompt and replace the battery in time
• The instrument has an automatic shutdown function, and the power should be turned off when not in use for a long time
• Keep the needle clean to avoid affecting Measurement accuracy
