Overview
The LANDTEK HT6510E Shore Shore Durometer is a portable hardness testing instrument suitable for Hardness measurement of various materials such as rubber, plastic, sponge, etc. The device uses a variety of stylus designs to meet the testing needs of materials in different Hardness ranges and has data communication capabilities.

Principle
Based on the principle of Shore hardness testing, the hardness gauge is pressed into the surface of the tested material under the action of standard spring pressure through a specific shape of the crimper, and converted into the corresponding Hardness value according to the pressing depth. The device accurately measures the pressing depth through the electronic Sensor and automatically calculates and displays the Hardness value.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate stylus model according to the material being tested
2. Align the hardness gauge vertically on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Apply pressure smoothly until a steady state is reached
4. Read the displayed Hardness value
5. To record data, you can connect to the computer via USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth
Notice
• Please confirm that the battery is fully charged before use
• Keep the hardness gauge perpendicular to the measured surface during measurement
• Avoid use in environments beyond the specified Humidity range
• Regularly calibrate using standard Hardness Blocks
• Different materials should choose the corresponding stylus model
• The device has an automatic shutdown function. It is recommended to remove the battery when not in use for a long time.
