The LANDTEK HT6510O Shore Shore Durometer is a portable hardness testing instrument for Hardness measurement of a variety of materials such as rubber, plastics, synthetic rubber, sponges, etc. The device supports a variety of Hardness Unit displays and has data communication capabilities for use in laboratories and industrial sites.
Complies with a number of international and domestic standards, including GB/T 531-1999, GB/T 2411-80, DIN 53505, ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTMD 2240, JISK7215. 2. Equipped with average calculation function. 3. Provide MAX Maximum latch function. 4. With under-voltage alarm indication function. 5. Support USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC. 6. Optional Bluetooth Bluetooth data output.
The Shore Shore Durometer presses into the surface of the material through a pin head (such as an R1.2 hemisphere), which converts to a Hardness value based on the depth of indentation or resistance. The device uses an electronic Sensor to measure and display Hardness, supports a variety of Hardness units, and outputs the result through the Interface.

1. Install a 4 * 7 battery and check the low voltage prompt. 2. Select the appropriate type of stylus and Hardness Unit (e.g. HA, HB, etc.). 3. Press the crimp head vertically into the surface of the tested material. 4. Read the displayed Hardness Value, Average or MAX Maximum. 5. Use USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth to output data to the PC. 6. Automatic shutdown or manual shutdown after use to save power.
* Ensure that the working environment temperature is 0~ 50 ℃ and the humidity is below 80% RH. * Avoid use on materials beyond the Measurement range (e.g. 10HA~ 90HA). * Regularly check the battery status to prevent undervoltage from affecting Measurement accuracy. Clean the needle head after use to avoid contamination affecting the results. * Ensure stable connection when data output to avoid data loss.
