Overview
The LANDTEK HT6510DO Shore Shore Durometer is a portable hardness testing instrument for Hardness measurement of a wide range of materials. It meets many international and national standards, has data communication and intelligent functions, and is suitable for industrial and quality control fields.
Features
Complies with many international standards, including GB/T 531-1999, GB/T 2411-80, DIN 53505, ISO 868, ISO 7619, ASTMD 2240, JISK7215.
2. Equipped with average calculation function.
3. Provide MAX Maximum latch function.
4. With under-voltage alarm indication function.
5. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC.
6. Optional Bluetooth Bluetooth data output.
Principle
This hardness gauge is based on the press-in Hardness test method and measures Hardness by pressing a pin (head size R1.2 hemisphere) into the surface of the material. It automatically calculates and displays Hardness, Average and MAX Maximum, and supports multiple Hardness unit conversions.
Applications
Moderate hard rubber, thermal plasticity plastics, thermal plasticity resilience, high density Spinning & weaving spindles
Standards
GB/T 531-1999、GB/T 2411-80、DIN 53505、ISO 868、ISO 7619、ASTMD 2240、JISK7215
Steps
1. Install a 4 * 7 battery and turn it on.
2. Select the appropriate Hardness Unit (e.g. HA, HB, etc.).
3. Press the crimp vertically into the surface of the material under test.
4. Read the displayed Hardness Value, Average or MAX Maximum.
5. Connect PC with USB or Bluetooth for data output.
6. Automatic shutdown or manual shutdown after use.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is 0~ 50 ° C and the humidity is below 80% RH.
• Pay attention to the low voltage prompt and replace the battery in time.
• Measurement range is limited to 10HA~ 90HA (or corresponding units), avoid using beyond the range.
• The needle head is R1.2 hemispherical, keep it clean and vertical when using.
• Only suitable for specified materials such as hard rubber and thermal plasticity plastics.
