Overview
ZIBO KLS100 Volumetric Moisture Analyzer is a super economical automatic Cartesian moisture measurement product. The instrument adopts the volumetric Titrimetric method with Karl-Fischer reagent as the standard solution as the analysis principle, and has the function of end point indication. High test accuracy, accurate end point indication, easy to use, stable performance, low price, effective replacement for the traditional manual visual KF-1 Moisture Analyzer. The instrument is mainly used to determine the moisture content in chemical, food and other industrial products, and is also suitable for chemical laboratories and mass testing departments in various beverage plants, chemical enterprises and other industries.
Features
1. Using ordinary Karl-Fischer reagent as the standard solution, the determination is simple, rapid and accurate;
2. The measurement methods include manual and automatic operation methods. The solenoid valve is used to adjust the size of the measurement flow and automatically indicate the end point.
3. After starting the measurement, the instrument automatically adjusts the rapid titration according to the moisture content, and automatically converts to slow drops near the end point, resulting in fast and accurate measurement.
4. The instrument has an automatic locking device for the end point, with a red light indicator for the end point, and a buzzer to remind when the end point is measured;
5. The instrument has a built-in stepless speed regulation electromagnetic Stirrer;
6. The instrument is equipped with an automatic waste discharge device, which eliminates the need to manually remove waste liquid, making it safe and convenient to use.

Steps

• The operating environment temperature should be kept at 5-35 ℃;
• The humidity of the use environment should be ≤ 80%;
