Principle
The instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to automatically track the temperature rise of the Linear dispersion, and precisely control the temperature of the water bath and the oil bath respectively. At the set temperature, the time for the sample to pass through the capillary tubing is automatically accurately timed, and the kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity are automatically calculated according to the standard formula, and the final output is printed.

Steps
1. Select "National Standard" or "Custom" mode.
2. Set the temperature parameters, and the instrument automatically controls the temperature rise of the water bath and oil bath.
3. Install and prepare the Viscometer (optional flat, Ukrainian, Finn).
4. Start the measurement, and the instrument will automatically time and prompt the destination.
5. Automatically calculate kinematic viscosity and dynamic viscosity.
6. Automatically print the measurement results and store the data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting instrument performance.
• The working environment temperature should be kept at 5~ 45 ° C, and the relative humidity should be lower than 85% to prevent equipment failure.
• Check whether the Viscometer type (flat, black, Finn) is suitable for the sample before use to prevent false testing.
• Pay attention to the end timing prompt to avoid inaccurate data due to misjudgment.
• Maintain bathtubs and heaters regularly to ensure temperature control accuracy and heating efficiency.
• Pay attention to date tracking when storing data. Data can be automatically saved after power failure, but regular backups are recommended.
