Overview
The LANDTEK HM934-1 + Pasteur hardness gauge is a newly developed digital display hardness gauge that can measure the Pasteur Hardness Value (HBa) of materials and additionally supports the measurement of brinell hardness (HB), Vickers Hardness (HV), Wechsler Hardness (HW) and rockwell hardness (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH).
Features
1. Digital Pasteur hardness gauge is a newly designed and developed Cang type hardness gauge
2. Pap Hardness value (HBa) of measurable materials
3. Additional measurement of brinell hardness value (HB), Vickers Hardness value (HV), Wechsler Hardness value (HW), rockwell hardness value (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH)
4. Small and lightweight design, one-handed operation, one pressure can be used, no experience is required, and it can be used in any occasion
5. Wide test range, from very soft pure aluminum to particularly hard aluminum alloy can be tested, the effective test range is equivalent to brinell hardness 25~ 135HB
6. No support required, only tested on one side of the sample, suitable for testing oversized and ultra-thick workpieces and assemblies
7. With extreme value holding function, record the maximum Hardness value during measurement
8. With average calculation function, it can calculate the average of up to 29 sets of data
9. Provide Bluetooth data output selection
Principle
The hardness gauge adopts the Crowd Measurement principle, forms a Crowd on the surface of the material by applying a specific pressure, calculates the Hardness value according to the Crowd size, and realizes the measurement of Pap Hardness and Miscellaneous Hardness scales.
Applications
Aluminum alloy material testing, super large workpiece Hardness testing, super thick workpiece Hardness testing, assembly hardness testing, metal hardness of materials measurement
Standards
Hardness standard, brinell hardness standard, Vickers Hardness standard, Wechsler Hardness standard, rockwell hardness standard
Steps
1. Install 2 AA batteries
2. Power on and select the desired Hardness Measurement mode
3. Align the hardness gauge head vertically on the specimen surface
4. Pressure measurement with one hand
5. Read the Hardness value on the display
6. If the average value calculation is required, it can be automatically calculated after continuous measurement of multiple sets of data
7. Output measurement data through Bluetooth function
Notice
* The working environment temperature should be within the range of 0 ° C to 50 ° C
* Working environment humidity should be less than 80% RH
* Ensure that the indenter is in vertical contact with the specimen surface during measurement
Regularly check the battery level to ensure normal power supply
* Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments
* Confirm that the surface of the sample is smooth and clean before measurement
* Clean the indenter in time after use and keep the instrument drying
