Overview
The LANDTEK GS-100DA Gaussimeter is a portable magnetic field measuring instrument with Hall Sensor technology for accurate measurement of DC and AC magnetic fields. With automatic zeroing, peak holding and unit conversion, the instrument is easy to operate with a clear LCD display and is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Principle
Based on the Hall effect principle, the instrument uses Hall Sensor (including transverse and axial types) to detect the magnetic field. The circuit design adopts a low drift amplifier and a stable power supply, and the data is controlled by a single chip microcomputer. The measurement results are displayed in real time on the 4.5 LCD display.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check the battery or external power supply; 2. Select the Sensor type (lateral or axial) as needed; 3. Use the button to automatically zero; 4. Select the Measurement range (200mT or 2000mT); 5. Place the Sensor in the magnetic field area to be measured; 6. Read the LCD display value, choose peak hold or unit conversion; 7. Turn off the power after recording the data.
