Overview
DHG-9240B vertical blast drying oven is an electric thermostatic blast drying equipment, which consists of chamber body, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system and protection system. It uses stainless steel studio and Cold rolled steel plate outer box, equipped with high performance insulation materials and double circulation air duct system, suitable for drying and heating treatment in laboratory and other environments.
Features
1. The box body is made of equipment and the industry's manufacturing process, with smooth lines and beautiful appearance.
2. The material of the studio is stainless steel, the outer box is Cold rolled steel plate, and the shell is sprayed with metallic paint, which is suitable for laboratory Color matching.
3. The shelves in the working room can be moved freely, making it easy to use flexibly.
4. The thermal insulation material is fine fiberglass thermal insulation cotton, Film thickness > 70mm, with high performance insulation structure, less heat loss.
5. Doors and door frames are made of high-performance sealing materials and rubber sealing structures, with good sealing, high temperature resistance and ageing resistance.
6. The air duct in the box adopts a double circulation system, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal wind wheel and circulating air duct, with full convection of hot air and good temperature uniformity.
7. The heater is made of stainless steel electric heating tube, which heats up quickly and has a long service life.
Principle
The electric thermostatic drying oven adjusts the temperature through an electrical control system, and the heating system uses a stainless steel electric heating tube to quickly heat up. The air supply system adopts a double circulation air duct, and the hot air is discharged vertically from the bottom up. After drying the object, it is sucked by the centrifugal wind wheel to form a circulation convection to ensure the uniform temperature distribution in the box.
Applications
Laboratory, drying, heating
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a position that meets the working environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 30 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 80%, altitude ≤ 2000m).
2. Connect the AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz power supply.
Temperature range (RT + 10~ 300 ℃) and timing (0~ 9999 minutes or hours) are set using LCD and push-button thermostat.
4. Start the equipment, and carry out heating and drying operations on the air duct by forced circulation.
5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation ( +/- 1 ℃) and resolution (0.1 ℃) to ensure stable operation.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of 5~ 30 ° C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
• Power supply voltage must be AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 1Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance.
• When the equipment is running, note that Temperature Fluctuations may reach +/- 1 ° C and need to be monitored regularly.
• Check the sealing structure before use to ensure that the door and door frame are well sealed to prevent heat loss.
• Avoid use in environments above 2000m to prevent performance degradation.
• Regularly clean and maintain air ducts and heating systems to extend equipment life.
