Overview
Paper and Cardboard Smoothness tester (model NBC-5636) is a smart special instrument designed based on the working principle of Buick Bekk smoothing instrument, which is used to detect the surface smoothness of paper and Cardboard. It uses a measurement and control system composed of High Accuracy pressure sensor, oil-free Vacuumpump, volume block and solenoid valve to achieve mercury-free measurement, and is loaded by lever mechanism and unloaded by cam mechanism. It has test conversion, display, memory, printing and data processing functions, easy operation and stable performance.

Principle
The instrument is based on the working principle of the internationally used Buick Bekk smoother, and the measurement and control system is composed of High Accuracy pressure sensor, oil-free Vacuumpump, professional volume block and solenoid valve to achieve mercury-free measurement. On the mechanical structure, the lever mechanism is applied to load and the cam mechanism is unloaded to automatically control the vacuum degree change, the smoothness of the measurement paper or Cardboard under specific pressure, and the data is automatically processed.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the test area
2. Select the preload time (optional 60 second preload function)
3. Start the instrument and automatically perform clamping and pressurization
4. The instrument automatically determines and switches the volume chamber for measurement
5. After the measurement is completed, the data is automatically displayed and can be output through the printer
6. If two-sided difference test is required, the front and back sides of the repeability measurement
