US RDS #8 Molding Applicator rod 1/4 "is a Grooved Rods coating applicator with a rod length of 400mm, an application width of 300mm, and a 50mm hand grip at each end. The coating applicator is made of 303 stainless steel, which has wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can accurately prepare 18.3 micron wet film thickness. Principle
RDS Mayer Rods are manufactured through a formed process. When the coating applicator moves on the substrate surface, the specific structure on the bar can precisely control the Coating Weight of the Coating or inks, resulting in a uniform wet-film coating. RDS Mayer Rods of the same model ensure that the preparatory wet film thickness is exactly the same, ensuring the conformity of the Spreader mass.
