Overview
The glowing wire tester (paint) model NBC-4324 is a factory direct sales product used to simulate the thermal stress caused by heat sources such as glowing components or overload resistors in a short period of time under failure or overload conditions of electrical and electronic equipment parts to assess the fire hazard of the product. The tester is suitable for fire hazard testing and combustion performance testing of electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials.
Features
1. Adopt the left and right split design of the test chamber, the left part is the hot combustion chamber, and the right part is the electrical control room;
2. The sample trolley is driven by a motor and can automatically control the front and rear driving.
3. The hot wire is fixed, the pressure is maintained at 1N, and the pressing depth is limited to 7mm.
4. The electrical control system adjusts the temperature by controlling the scorching current, and adopts K-type armored Thermocouple, which has high accuracy and Reliability;
5. Equipped with multiple Timers, it can accurately record the burning time, ignition time and extinguishing time.
6. Temperature range, glowing wire temperature 500~ 1000 ℃ digital adjustable, temperature tolerance error is small.
Principle
The test chamber is divided into left and right parts. The left part is the scorching combustion chamber, and the right part is the electrical control room. After the sample is installed in the sample fixture, the motor drives the trolley to drive front and rear to automatically control the test process. The scorching wire is fixed. The sample trolley is moved right to the scorching wire head. 1N pressure is applied through the weight. The pressing depth is limited to 7mm. The scorching time is preset and controlled by the digital time relay. The ignition time and the extinguishing time are respectively controlled and timed by the button switch. The electrical system controls the temperature by adjusting the scorching current. The temperature control instrument accurately controls the temperature of the scorching wire. The K-type armored Thermocouple is used to ensure accuracy and Reliability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power switch to start the testing machine;
2. Use the heating start switch to adjust the current size;
3. Press the test start button to bring the testing machine into the state to be tested.
4. Press the Run Start button to make the sample trolley start moving;
5. The sample trolley is moved to the right to the hot wire head, applying 1N pressure.
6. The scorching time is controlled by Timer T1.
7. The ignition time is measured by Timer T2, press the ignition timing stop switch to stop T2 and start T3;
8. The extinguishing time is measured by Timer T3, and the combustion timing stop switch stops T3;
9. Press the test stop button to end the test.
10. Use lighting switches and fan switches to control lighting and exhaust gas extraction.
Notice
• Ensure that the applied pressure is within the range of 0.8 to 1.2N, and the pressing depth is at least 7mm;
• The allowable temperature error of the glowing wire is +/- 10 ° C (500~ 750 ° C) and +/- 15 ° C (750~ 1000 ° C);
The heating current should be between 120 and 150A at 960 ° C.
• Using K-type armored Thermocouple, capable of withstanding high temperatures of 1050 ° C;
• The size of the test space is 60cm deep, 95cm wide and 90cm high, and the Dimension is 113 * 57 * 120cm;
The glowing wire is made of nickel/chrome wire with a diameter of 4.0mm.
• Timers need to be operated correctly to record ignition and extinguishment times;
