Overview
The NBC-4327 uses rectangular platinum electrode, and the two poles apply 1.0N +/- 0.05N force to the sample. The voltage is adjustable from 100 to 600V, and the voltage drop does not exceed 10% when the short-circuit current is 1.0 +/- 0.1A. When the leakage current is ≥ 0.5A for 2 seconds, the current is automatically cut off, and the dripping device can precisely control the dripping volume and time interval.
Features
1. Using rectangular platinum Electrode, Electrode cross section 2mm × 5mm, edge 30 ° bevel
2. Electrode force precise control of 1.0N +/- 0.05N
3. Test voltage 100~ 600V adjustable, maximum test current 3A
4. Intelligent protection function, automatic cutting off of leakage current ≥ 0.5A for 2 seconds
5. The time constant of the dripping device is adjustable, and the dripping volume is precisely controlled from 44 to 50 drops/cm ³ and the interval is 30 +/- 5 seconds
6. The test chamber volume is 0.5m ³, made of electrostatic paint and mirror stainless steel
Principle
The instrument applies the specified force to the sample through the rectangular platinum Electrode, and tests at an adjustable voltage. When the short-circuit leakage current in the circuit reaches or exceeds 0.5A and maintains for 2 seconds, the relay automatically operates to cut off the current, and the dripping device precisely controls the electrolysis dripping according to the set parameters.
Steps
1. Set Electrode Distance to 4.0mm
2. Adjust Electrode Force to 1.0N +/- 0.05N
3. Set the test voltage within the range of 100~ 600V
4. Configure the parameters of the dripping device: the dripping volume is 44~ 50 drops/cm ³, and the time interval is 30 +/- 5 seconds
5. Start the test and monitor the leakage current
6. When the current is greater than or equal to 0.5A for 2 seconds, the instrument is automatically cut off and judged to be unqualified
Notice
• Ensure that the Electrode force is precisely controlled within the range of 1.0N +/- 0.05N
• The test voltage setting shall not exceed the upper limit of 600V
• Regularly check the rectangular section and 30 ° bevel condition of Electrode
• Drop parameters should be strictly controlled within the specified range
• Closely monitor current changes during the test
• Keep the test chamber clean to avoid affecting the test results
