This product is an NBC-5602 electric roller testing machine sold directly by the factory. It is used for the preparation of test specimens such as adhesive tape Peel Strength and holding Tack. It adheres the adhesive tape sample to the standard test substrate evenly and evenly at a fixed pressure and speed.

Principle
This testing machine uses an electrically driven roller to roll the adhesive tape specimen at a fixed pressure (2000g +/- 5g) and speed (300mm/min) to ensure that the specimen adheres flat and evenly to the standard test substrate, providing standardized specimens for subsequent Peel Strength and Tack tests.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V.
2. Place the adhesive tape specimen on a standard test substrate
3. Start the device and the roller rolls the sample at a speed of 300mm/min
4. After the rolling is completed, take out the prepared specimen for subsequent testing

• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of AC220V before use
