Overview
This machine is NBC-5625 wire swing testing machine, which is specially designed to test the folding strength of plug leads and cables. By fixing the sample on the fixture and applying a load, the fixture swings left and right to a certain number of times to check the disconnection rate or the number of swings when it cannot be powered on. It can automatically count and automatically stop working when the wire is broken.

Principle
The sample is fixed on the jig and a certain load is applied, the jig swings left and right, and the signal is collected and transmitted to the digital display table through the photoelectric Sensor. When the sample is bent until the broken wire cannot be powered on, the device automatically stops working and records the total number of swings.

Steps
1. Fix the sample on the fixture
2. Apply the specified load
3. Adjust the swing angle and speed
4. Start the device for swing test
5. The device automatically counts and stops when disconnected
