Overview
This testing machine is a 360-degree wire swing testing machine, model NBC-5025B, factory direct sales. It meets the provisions of UL817 and other relevant standards "General Safety Requirements for Cord Components and Power Cords", and is suitable for manufacturers and Quality control departments to bend test power cords and DC cords. This machine specializes in testing the folding strength of plug leads and cables. It uses a photoelectric Sensor to collect signals, and a digital display meter directly adjusts the reading value of the stepless governor.
Features
Six test stations can work simultaneously
2. Test angle 0- +/- 180 °, scale dial plus indicator, manually adjustable
3. Test speed 5-60 times/min, knob speed regulation, LCD display
4. The total counter of blue and white times is 0-999999 times, which can be preset, and it will automatically stop when the number of times is reached.
5. Bend the conduction counter 0-999999 times, and the conduction will be automatically counted separately, and one group will automatically stop counting when it is disconnected.
6. Equipped with six sets of hook weight: 50/100/200/300/500g each six
7. Six sets of anti-skid tip test fixtures, which are not easy to damage the sample
8. The test fixing rod can be adjusted up and down to fix the lower end of the product, and the test is more in line with the standard
Principle
The test method is to fix the test material on the fixture, add a certain load, and the fixture swings left and right. After a certain number of times, check its disconnection rate, or when it cannot be powered on, check its total count times, and it can automatically stop working.
Applications
Power cord, DC cable bending test
Steps
1. Fix the sample on the fixture
2. Add a certain load
3. Manually adjust the test angle and speed
4. Start the test and swing the fixture left and right
5. Check the disconnection rate or total count times, and the test will automatically stop
Notice
• Working power supply is AC220V, 50HZ
• Make sure the sample is firmly fixed before the test
• Pay attention to safety when adjusting the angle and speed
• Observe the counter display during the test
Automatic stop when the preset number of times is reached or disconnected, without manual intervention
