Overview
This machine is a three-axis key life testing machine, which is suitable for the strike life aging test of key switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, metal shrapnel keys or the same type of keys. The whole process is controlled by a professional programmer, and the life test and conduction test can be carried out at the same time. When the key is damaged, the machine will automatically stop, and stop running when the always-on or non-conduction state is detected within 8 seconds.
Features
3 products can be tested simultaneously
2. Equipped with 8-bit counter, with power-down memory function
3. The power supply device supports 0-60V DC adjustable and 0-3A current adjustable, and displays the current and voltage value at the same time
4. Test speed range 0-300 times/minute, optional 0-120 times/minute
5. Strike switch touchpoint power 0-500gf adjustable
6. Test head telescopic stroke 0-20mm, lifting platform stroke 60mm
7. Fixture activity range 50 * 50 adjustable
Principle
The machine controls the whole process of the key life test through a professional programmer, and applies an adjustable strike force and frequency to the tested key for aging test. When the tested object is always on or always not on, the machine will automatically stop running within 8 seconds to realize the automatic stop function of key damage.
Applications
Key switch, computer keyboard, conductive rubber keys, metal shrapnel keys
Steps
1. Install the tested button on the fixture and adjust the range of motion
2. Set the voltage and current parameters of the power supply device
3. Adjust test speed, strike force and test head travel
4. Start the machine and start the life test
5. Observe the counter display and current and voltage values
6. Record test results when the machine automatically stops
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 5A
• Check whether the fixture is firmly fixed before the test
• Regularly calibrate strike force and test speed parameters
• Note that the weight of the machine is about 60kg, be careful when handling
• Do not touch moving parts during testing
• Immediately stop for inspection if there is an abnormal situation
