Paper Film thickness tester is a special instrument for measuring paper and Cardboard Film thickness. Its main technical indicators and performance parameters comply with the relevant provisions of GB4513 "Paper and Cardboard Film thickness determination method", which can be widely used in paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Film thickness.

Principle
The instrument applies standard contact pressure (100 +/- 10kPa) and contact area (200 +/- 5mm ²) to the surface of the material to be tested, and uses High Accuracy measurement system to detect Film thickness to ensure that the parallelism of the measurement surface is less than or equal to 0.0005mm.

Steps
1. Prepare the tested paper, Cardboard or Miscellaneous sheet material;
2. Place the instrument on a stable surface.
3. Place the measured material between the measurement surfaces;
4. Apply standard contact pressure.
5. Read the Film thickness value on the display screen;
6. Record measurement results.

• Ensure that the measurement surface is clean to avoid impurities affecting the accuracy;
• Check whether the instrument is placed horizontally before use;
• Avoid use beyond the range, Measurement range 0~ 4mm;
• Regularly calibrate instruments to maintain accuracy;
• Handle with care to prevent collision damage;
