Overview
The side pressure Sampler is a special sampling instrument required for the side pressure strength test and adhesive strength test of Corrugated Board, which can quickly and accurately cut the standard test size. It is a satisfactory auxiliary test instrument for Corrugated Board and carton production, scientific research and mass inspection departments.
Features
1. Can cut samples with accurate parallelism, with scratches on them, and can set parallel spacing;
2. Adopt imported sliding track, which is closely matched with Japanese imported blades to easily cut out multi-layer Cardboard samples.
3. The scale adopts laser engraving, the scale is clear, wear-resistant and easy to clean;
4. The use of strong magnets makes the blade easier to install.
Principle
Through the combination of imported sliding track and imported Japanese blades, the standard size samples required for the edge compression strength test and adhesive strength test of Corrugated Board were accurately cut by using adjustable spacing setting and laser engraving scale.
Notice
The incision direction should be parallel or perpendicular to the corrugated direction, and the test sample should not be loose during the cutting process.
• After each cut, pull the handle back to the position to be cut;
• It is strictly forbidden to place your hands in the cutting position to prevent injury.
• If the incision of the cut sample is severely curled or skewed, the blade should be replaced. The blade used can be any commercially available blade of the same type (replacement method: loosen the screws on the tool holder assembly, remove the old blade, replace it with a new blade, adjust the position and angle of the blade, and tighten the screws);
• When not in use for a long time, the blade, guide post, etc. should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with dust protection;
• Guide sleeve components and guide posts should be filled with a small amount of lubricating oil frequently.
