NBC-1000 carton Compressive tester is the basic instrument for corrugated box compressive strength performance testing, which is suitable for all kinds of corrugated boxes compressive strength test, standard test and stacking strength test.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the corrugated box through AC variable frequency motor drive controller and High Accuracy ball screw mechanical system, uses 32-bit embedded processing chip and strain measurement system to monitor the pressure change in real time, automatically judges the crushing force and saves the data.

Steps
1. Set the test mode (strength test, fixed value test or stacking test)
2. Select the test speed
3. Set force or time parameters
4. Start testing
5. Automatically shut down and save data after the test is completed
