Principle
This instrument is designed according to ISO3036 (Cardboard - Determination of Piercing Strength) and GB2679.7 "Cardboard Piercing Strength Determination Method", and pierces the Corrugated Board through a cone to measure its anti-piercing performance.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the instrument.
2. Select the test parameters through the touchscreen operating system.
3. Place the Cardboard sample to be tested.
4. Start the automatic measurement program.
5. The instrument automatically displays, saves, and prints the test results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 2A 50HZ.
The working environment temperature should be maintained at 5~ 35 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
• Ensure that the sample is firmly placed during measurement.
• Regularly check the friction sleeve resistance of the instrument to ensure that it is less than 0.25J.
• Avoid using the instrument outside the Measurement range (1~ 48J).
