NBC-8502B Automatic Burst Strength Testing Machine is a factory-sold touch screen testing equipment, suitable for cracking strength testing of Cardboard, cloth, leather and other materials.

Principle
The machine places the sample on the rubber mold, uses air pressure to clamp the sample, and the motor applies uniform pressure to make the sample and the film bulge freely until the sample breaks. Using signal transmission pressure, the maximum rupture strength value is automatically retained when the sample breaks, which is the rupture strength value of the sample.

Steps
1. Place the sample on a rubber mold.
2. Clamp the specimen by air pressure.
3. Start the motor and apply pressure evenly.
4. After the sample ruptures, the maximum rupture strength value is automatically recorded.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 22V, 50HZ, maximum current 1A, must be reliably grounded.
• Operating environment room temperature should be kept at 20 ℃ +/- 10 ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Choose the correct oil feeding speed according to the test material: 175 +/- 5mL/min for Cardboard and 95 +/- 5mL/min for paper.
• The film resistance needs to meet the standard requirements, the pressure is 170~ 220KPa when the Cardboard bulge is 10 mm +/- 0.2 mm, the pressure is 250~ 350 KPa when the bulge is 18 mm +/- 0.2 mm; the pressure is 30 +/- 5 KPa when the paper bulge is 9 mm +/- 0.2 mm.
