Overview
KAIRDA Coating thickness gauge NDT530 is a split structure design Coating thickness gauge, optional F1, N1, F10, F1 90 ° four different Probe measurement of different Coating thickness, of which F1, F1 90 °, F10 three Probe is the measurement of iron, steel and other magnetic metal substrate on the thickness of the nonmagnetic cover layer.
Features
1. split structure design
2. Optional multiple Probe types
3. One and two point calibrating
4. Coating thickness measurement for different matrix materials
Principle
The principle of magnetic Induction is used to measure the thickness of nonmagnetic coating on magnetic metal substrates such as iron and steel.
Applications
Paint, lacquer, enamel, enamel, plastic and anode thickness measurement
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Probe type
2. Perform one or two point calibrating
3. Probe placed on the measurement surface for measurement
